PVC, plasticized (flexible, PVC-P)

Rigid PVC compounded with plasticizers that lower stiffness and glass transition into a soft, ductile material (elongation ~180%) — cable and wire insulation, hoses, flooring, inflatables and medical tubing. Properties swing widely with plasticizer type and loading.
